ONE-PAN EGG & CHEESE TOAST

This One-Pan Egg & Cheese Toast recipe is just that. This simple yet scrumptious dish is packed with flavors such as our Sweet Smoked Spanish Paprika. Ingredients

  • 6 cage-free organic eggs
  • 1 tsp Kiva sweet smoked Spanish paprika 2.30 grams
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 1.58 grams
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 15 grams
  • 1/4 lbs Manchego cheese .11 kilograms
  • 6 slices white sandwich bread
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 45 ml
  • pinch sea salt
  • dash black pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a large shallow bowl, along with the paprika, garlic powder and chopped parsley, season with sea salt & black pepper and whisk together

  2. Thinly slice the cheese

  3. Heat a large nonstick fry pan with a medium heat and add in 1 tbsp (15 ml) extra virgin olive oil

  4. Once the pan gets hot, dip 2 slices of the sandwich bread (one at a time) into the egg mixture and then into the pan

  5. After 2 minutes flip the slices of bread, add 2 slices of cheese over each bread and place a lid on the pan, cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is just melted, then remove from the pan and add over a wire rack, cook the rest of the breads in the same format

  6. Serve hot or at room temperature, enjoy!
