Overnight Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chocolate in the morning?  Yes, please!  This overnight chocolate Chia pudding is the perfect way to start your day and it has tons of health benefits.  

Benefits:  high in omega-fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber

 

Ingredients:

- 4 Tablespoons Kiva Organic Chia Seed

- 4 Tablespoons Kiva Organic Cacao powder

1 cup milk (of your choice)

- Kiva Organic Stevia powder, to taste

- blueberries and strawberries, for topping

 

Directions:

In a bowl or mason jar, mix together chia seeds, cacao powder, milk, and stevia.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  If chia pudding is not thick, just add more chia seeds, stir, and refrigerate.

Serve in the morning with blueberries, strawberries, or your favorite fruit!

 

 Yields: 1-2 cups
